Shipping & Return

We aim to dispatch your beautiful jewellery within 2 working days of placing your order and you should receive them within 5 to 7 working days.  Occasionally due to reasons beyond our control, this may not be possible. 

 International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes and this is the buyers responsibility.  Please ensure you check this prior to placing your order.

 We really hope you love your Amelia Roxanna Limited, however, if you are not happy and wish to exchange it for something else then we can accommodate this within 14 days after you have received your item.  Please email support@ameliaroxanna.com with your order number, name and reason for exchange.  We will then respond with return instructions.

As most of our jewellery is handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.  If an item is faulty when you receive it, please email support@ameliaroxanna.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, name and a description of the fault supported with a photograph of the item.   We will then respond with return instructions.  If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method only. 

Items that are not made to order, can be returned for a full refund if returned to us within 14 days after you have received your item. 

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer exchanges on earrings.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn, in original condition.  Please ensure you use a suitable/tracked and insured method of return postage as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
